Customer service across social media

I couldn’t agree more about the comment in this article on social media being implemented organization wide and not just having one staff member represent an entire companies social media strategy. A similar scenario occurred when the web first became popular, companies jumped on the bandwagon to get a website, but no one maintained it and kept it fresh.
