I came across a website called Social Media Governance and found it to be an excellent resource for leaders and managers looking to get the most out of social media. This site has great tools including an excellent fully searchable database of more than 120 social media polices from a wide range of industries and a free download of a policy report called “Analysis of Social Media Policies: Lessons and Best Practices.”
